What a hidden treasure this restaurant Prima Facie in Parkville is! An experience to remember! From “first glance” the warm and inviting atmosphere set the tone for a fantastic meal. Sophisticated appeal! Our waitress, Kait, was a standout during our visit. She greeted us with a genuine smile and took the time to ask for our names, what brought us in and made genuine conversation, making us feel valued as guests. Her kindness and personable nature truly enhanced our dining experience. Kait's knowledge of the menu was impressive, particularly when it came to the selection of Spanish red wines. She expertly guided us through the options, helping us choose the perfect pairing for our meal. To start, we ordered the Caesar salad with bread crumbs, and it did not disappoint! The freshness of the buttery romaine, combined with the creamy dressing and crunchy bread crumbs, created a delightful dish that was bursting with flavor. We also tried the steak tartare, which was exquisitely prepared. The seasoning was spot on, and the quality of the meat was top-notch. Overall, Prima Facie offers a fantastic dining experience with great food and outstanding service. Kait's warmth and knowledge were the icing on the cake. I can't wait to return to bring my friends to dine in the Vault (yes they have a unique bank vault you can dine in!) We are eager to explore more of their delicious offerings! Highly recommended!
