We asked Prima Facie to cater a Wedding Rehearsal Reception in our home for our daughter. For this event, one of our guests has a serious dairy allergy, including simple skin contact. The guest always has an EpiPen nearby. Heather G brought Chef James, Danielle and Joseph to help us. They created the most wonderful and delicious dairy free versions of their menu items that were so mouthwatering, you would have never guessed they were dairy free! They came early and helped set up. We enjoyed passed appetizers and cocktails. They assisted with distributing champagne for the toast, cleared plates just as they do in the restaurant, washed the dishes (!!) and helped with other cleanup. It was an absolutely wonderful evening!! This restaurant, chef and the staff are phenomenal! I am so happy we have we have Prima Facie here in Parkville!!
