Less than a month ago we entered the store and was helped by a young woman named April, who we just recently found out was a very new member to the store. The reason this is important is because when she informed us of all the different membership plans the store had to offer. She explained it in a way that we could simply sign up for the month to “try it out” without any indication or knowledge of telling us that with the one month subscription you are now tied into contract for 3 months. She on top of that said that the membership we were signing up for was to simply have certain services available to us for 35 more dollars. Then if you just walked in for the day and paid completely out of pocket. When we came into the store to cancel our membership a very rude head of nurse told us April wouldn’t know since she’s very new but we should have read the fine print of the poster April showed us before signing it. Not only did she show very aggressive behavior when she walked up to the information desk. She didn’t even lead with telling us that she held no authority. Just took over for the head of the counter employee and kept raising her voice. “You should have read the fine print. I can’t do anything for you. I don’t care what you do. Talk to your bank.” The complete lack of accountability and customer service was disgusting. I’m glad I didn’t have the chance to get an IV from her because if her immediate response is to yell at someone who was left in the dark and asks to see the paper work gets stuff thrown at them. I don’t want her or anyone staffed underneath her to touch my body. I hope there’s a way we can resolve this in a more professional matter. That this company takes this as a chance to learn and better train the people they have introducing others into a place that deals with people’s health and well being. Also good luck getting in touch with anyone in management because when you try to email corporate. Google says the person you’re emailing doesn’t exist!! Perhaps there’s just a blank space where no one takes responsibility for anything here.
