The first time I visited I checked out the red light therapy. It gave me sustained energy that i was unaware of until I realized that I was able to keep doing things around the house. I'm usually exhausted by the time I get home after running errands. Im on my second visit doing cryo and the infrared sauna. Im Looking forward to seeing the results as I have some errands and car repairs to do afterwards. The staff is great. They are Friendly and welcoming.
