Where to begin, my husband recently passed while out of state, which was terrifying as I did not know how to handle this situation at all, the team at Myers was a blessing Elizabeth and Tyler personally kept in touch with me throughout the entire process, naturally I had many calls, questions and concerns and not once did they make me feel like I was bothering them, very patient, kind and respectful, they even followed up months later to check on me, as a Customer Service Manager this is exactly the type of service I too give and expect from others. In this changing world this type of true compassion and empathy are hard to come across.
