9Round is a kickboxing fitness studio offering fun, full-body, high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT). The 30-minute circuit-style program focuses on strength training and cardio. With no class times, a new workout starts every three minutes, so you can come in on your schedule. The workout changes daily and includes nine stations of challenging exercises with active breaks in between, ensuring variety and results.
